The Breville JE900 Juice Fountain Professional Juice Extractor offers users a 600-Watt motor that will produce about one quart of juice in about a minute, sometimes more and sometimes less. Not only does it produce a large amount of juice in a little amount of time it is also one of the easiest juicers to clean. There are no special tools required for taking the juicer apart and everything is dishwasher safe, as long as it remains on the top rack.

 

This stainless steel juicer measures 18 x 14 x 10 inches, which is helpful for determining if it will fit on the counter or in the space that is provided for it. While I cannot fit a large apple into the 3-inch wide feed tube, I can fit most small or medium sized apples. Even with the larger ones, I only have to make one or two cuts before they will fit.

 

• Juice Pitcher With Forth Separator – The juicer comes with a 1-quart juice pitcher that comes with an adjustable forth separator. This adjustable separator allows users to decide if they want to consume the forth or not. Some juices are about ¼ froth. The adjustable feature allows users to choose to have a lot of froth to absolutely no froth. The pitcher comes equipped with an airtight lid to store any leftover juice.

 

• Center Knife Blade Cutter Assembly – One thing that truly allows this juicer to stand out from other sis the centered tube feed, most juicers require the food being juiced to come in through the side. Having the tube feed center allows for even pressure on the cutting assembly.

Cons:

• Food comes back out through the chute – The only problem with this machine is the food that shots back out through the chute. However, this is also a very simple problem to fix. To prevent food from shooting back out I simply cover the chute with something, such as a towel, but I also hold that towel in place with my hand.
